Ordered Not Delivered.

Valentine flowers were ordered, but never delivered. The florist said when they attemped to deliver the flowers no one was home. But instead of leaving a note or a phone message (as customery in our community) the flowers were thrown away and they refused to refund my money. They did offer to redo the order and deliver it, but I would have to pay a $15 delivery fee.
